After a long history of failed therapy, Daniel was one of the first mental health professionals I’d worked with who tried to understand my mental health path holistically and use that knowledge in his treatment plan. He knew when to push me in the course of doing trauma based processing therapy and helped me begin to unravel many of the things that had affected me for years. He is always trauma-informed, accepting of my lifestyle and personal priorities, and always interacted with genuineness, kindness, and level-headedness. A lot of my healing can be attributed to his careful guidance.
I am beyond happy that my life led me to Daniel. He provided a supportive environment for me to explore and address my mental health struggles. Ultimately, this led to the discovery of past traumas, which we have been working on healing through EMDR therapy. After going through several rounds of EMDR, I have noticed I speak to myself more kindly and feel happier. I am grateful for the work Daniel puts in to help people find peace.
Daniel is such an amazing therapist. He is fully focused during my session, never forgets things we have spoken about, and genuinely cares. I have been doing EMDR therapy with Daniel for some time, and I can honestly say that he is helping me significantly as he guides me through my past traumas. Wouldn’t want to be with anyone else, as I believe Daniel is doing exactly what he is meant to be doing. Many therapists can go to school, and learn what to do, but there are always the exceptional ones that go beyond what they learn, it's just that way with Daniel. It’s his gift, and I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who needs help with trauma work.
I saw Daniel Gospodarek for a year. I was very lonely lacking social skills and work stress which caused me to have panic attracts which lead to sever headaches. During that period of time Daniel would not make decisions for me or give me answers to my problems. He taught me to research my problems and make decisions based on facts blending it with my values. Values not emotions. Today I am involved in social activities and my panic attracts are reduced. Thank you Daniel I am much happier in life.
