Daniel is a phenomenal therapist. I’ve been working with him since end of 2023 with a focus on EMDR therapy. He’s patient, understanding and has helped me grow tremendously as we reprocess events through EMDR. I’m not sure what all is happening in the background/subconsciously, but it’s surely working. I’ve come so far in a few short months. I’m learning to trust and take care of my own needs. Occasionally we delve into CBT techniques as well. I look forward to continuing therapy with Daniel.
